Christina Aguilera has a new album in the pipeline and the premiere of the second season of The Voice around the corner. Still, she’s been spending more time commenting on her supposed weight gain. “I’ve been through my highs, I’ve been through my lows; I’ve been through the gamut of all things in this business,” Aguilera says in her February Marie Claire cover story. “Being too thin. Being bigger. I’ve been criticized for being on both sides of the scale. It’s noise I block out automatically. I love my body. My boyfriend loooves my body. My son is healthy and happy, so that’s all that matters to me.” She adds, “When I worked on Burlesque, I lost so much weight that I was too skinny. I don’t weigh myself — it’s all about how I feel in my clothes.”

Finally CA got rid of those ridiculous overly red lips. She looks great in these photos. Why do I always get the feeling though that she is trying too hard. CA has a beautiful voice and her talent should stand on its own. I hope she puts her voice front and center on her next album and doesn’t keep trying to over do the S&M drama.
