Chris Brown, it seems, is clearly in the mood to dance again, as evidenced by his energetic new Underdogs-produced single “Turn Up The Music”. The song features Breezy taking off the hip hop hat he wore for such hits as “Look At Me Now” and opting for relentless club beats. Think “Forever” and “Yeah 3X”, but with more dancefloor urgency.
Whether you like him or not, Brown has proven to be one of the most market-adaptable artists on Planet Pop. “Turn Up The Music” should please the same crowd that eats up LMFAO, Ke$ha and Lady Gaga’s musical output.
The song will appear on Chris’ upcoming fifth LP Fortune. Does it have you turning up the music or hitting “stop”?

that was awful. I’m a big fan of Chris but that’s just bad….from the highly over used lyrics, let alone the song title….’turn up the music?’ ‘put your hands in the air?’…..I’d rather give “Yeah 3X” and “Forever” another listen.
Some parts sound like Rihanna’s “We Found Love” – guess, this is the answer!
They all do bad droping new albums (crap music) so fast – it won’t last long in memories. Chris should fire his managers. It’s a pity, but he’s so talented.
Sounds like Till the World Ends and We Found Love had a baby. As far as dance lyrics go, they’re all not really meant to be poetic.

it’s a disaster, i mean i do not like him as a person (i’m a rihanna fan and i’ll never let it go) but musically i can stand him, he is not that bad (just like a couple of songs from him) but this is all over the place, too overproduced and his voice with autotune is even more annoying than t-pain!!
and i agree this is so similar to till the world ends
Heard better stuff from Breezy.
“Turn Up The Music” should please the same crowd that eats up LMFAO, Ke$ha and Lady Gaga’s musical output. — Really? Did u mean Rihanna, Britney? Lady Gaga with this trash? Idolator u don’t need to put shade on Gaga just becouse u want Madonna back on top!
@danny (aka hottie) – I agree with you that dance lyrics are usually not meant to be poetic, but the lyrics to this song are REALLY cliché.
