At the ceremony, Sel (perhaps to keep boyfriend Justin Bieber from copying her 'do yet again) rocked multicolored streaks in her hair. The Cosmo cover girl finished her day with a concert that she called, "the most intense, crazy, chaotic most beautiful show EVER."
