Justin Bieber, Shakira and LMFAO’s RedFoo were in Cannes this weekend for the 13th Annual NRJ Music Awards — but before they could be crowned winners, they first had to strut (or in RedFoo’s case, shuffle) down the red carpet. The sexy “She Wolf” sparkled in a strapless, glittery number despite the rainy weather, and Bieber rocked a bright blue jacket and a slicked back ‘do, as both were bestowed NRJ’s Award Of Honor. RedFoo seemed excited to be sporting his zebra fanny pack once again, or perhaps the upcoming Super Bowl performer had an inkling that LMFAO would win big: The group walked away with International Group/Duo of the Year and Music Video Of The Year for “Party Rock Anthem”.
