Katy Perry To Perform At The Grammys

After bailing on the People’s Choice Awards, Katy Perry will finally make her first TV appearance since announcing her split with Russell Brand when she performs at The 2012 Grammys. The record-breaking pop star is up for Best Record and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Firework”, the single she’ll most likely sing on the show — though we have a feeling she’ll also bust out “The One That Got Away” to help give it a boost up the Hot 100.

Katy made her Grammys debut in 2009, performing her smash single “I Kissed A Girl”. She returned in 2010 for the Grammys Nominations concert, performing “California Gurls.” In 2011, she performed her Teenage Dream title track, as well as the ballad “Not Like The Movies”. We expect this year’s performance to include significantly less wedding memories.
