You know what day it is, right? That day that Madonna is performing on national TV! (And we hear some guys might be playing football, or something.) But as we await Madge and her plethora of special guests (reportedly including Nicki Minaj, LMFAO, M.I.A., and Cee Lo Green) there’s one more major artist making an appearance — Kelly Clarkson, tapped for the honor of performing the national anthem at the Super Bowl XLVI. Needless to say, the forgiving songbird sounded great and, as a bonus, remembered all the words! In football terms, we call this performance a touchdown. Watch it below.
