We can barely recognize Katy Perry these days. She’s trotting out her blue bob at Elton John’s Oscar Party, going curly and crazy as a redhead on Raising Hope, and now the pop star is rocking a black head of hair on the March 2012 issue of Interview. Katy seems to be channeling Amy Winehouse or Elizabeth Taylor in this black-and-white pic — truth be told, we like her candy-coated in color (like this bright number she wore at her eyelash launch) much more than this oh-so-serious chic styling.
