This is probably not the early 18th birthday present Justin Bieber was hoping for. The Canadian pop star is now being sued by RC3, the developers behind the Joustin’ Beaver iPhone app, which just recently received a cease and desist from Biebs’ camp. The company originally responded to the Oscar cameo stud‘s lawyers by stating “Nowhere in the game is Justin Bieber’s name, photo, image, or life story mentioned.” Now, it seems RC3 is changing their tune claiming it’s” a parody of the commercial success of the Defendant and any celebrity”.
