Nicki Minaj arrived at her Roman Reloaded album signing at London’s HMV in Whiteleys Shopping Centre yesterday (Apr. 18) dressed like an insane ’90s flashback we once experienced after eating some bad sushi. Harajuku Barbz certainly paid homage to her namesake with a Barbie-print tutu, then continued her sartorial walk down memory lane with a pink leather Hello Kitty beret and Troll Doll-printed leggings. The only thing missing from the rapper’s look was a Lisa Frank notepad.
