President Barack Obama no doubt has the advantage with college-age voters this year, thanks in part to his stance on cheaper student loans. And as the commander-in-chief gears up for this fall’s presidential election, he earned more points with the country’s youth by “slow-jamming the news” with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots on Late Night. Fallon announced last night, “I want to slow jam the news, and I’m not the only one.” Enter Obama on the stage, who was met with rapturous applause and said, “I’m President Barack Obama and I, too, want to slow jam the news.” Atop a sexy groove by The Roots, Jimmy and the “Preezy Of The United Steezy” then did just that. Watch their cool and sensual back and forth — where, surprisingly, neither broke out laughing — as they wax on current events above.
