Nick Jonas has been busy on Broadway and TV, and Joe Jonas has been still toiling away at his solo career. So what has the oldest bro, Kevin Jonas, been up to? Getting into the reality TV game, apparently! The 24-year-old pop singer and his wife, Danielle Jonas, are set to star in a new E! reality show, Married To Jonas, which will premiere August 19 at 10 p.m.

“Danielle is living a true Cinderella story after marrying into pop royalty, partnering in Kevin’s larger-than-life career and becoming a ‘Jonas,’ a name synonymous with hit music and a worldwide fan base,” said Lisa Berger, E!’s president of entertainment programming. “The series presents a unique look at a young couple and their families from two entirely different worlds, one small town and one dealing with international fame, coming together as one and starting a whole new life together.”

Ryan Seacrest, who will executive produce the docu-soup, adds, “When we learned that Dani married Kevin, our production team became curious about what life would be like for a young bride entering the excitement, and sometimes chaos, of a pop star’s life. Looking through the lens of young love, the show will examine the ups and downs of Dani and Kevin’s marriage, against the backdrop of their contrasting family cultures, traditions and individual careers.”

The couple has been married since 2009 and have been an item since meeting in the Bahamas in 2007. Nick and Joe are also expected to appear in the show, as the series will also document the Jonas Brothers working on new material together.

This is obviously a good opportunity for the JoBros to build up hype for their new set of tunes, but we hope this doesn’t put a stress on Kevin and Danielle’s marriage. Don’t they know that signing up for a reality show with your spouse is basically dooming your relationship? Just look at Britney & Kevin: Chaotic, Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica, Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave, Meet The Barkers… well, at least The Osbournes are still together, right?
