The first promo spot for the upcoming second season of the US version of The X Factor has aired, and though you catch a brief glimpse of previous judge Nicole Scherzinger in a flashback scene, neither her or the also-departed Paula Abdul are mentioned. No, all attention is now focused on the new pair of X Factor hopefuls (and we’re not talking about contestants): Britney Spears and Demi Lovato.
Truth be told, if you blink while watching the above clip, you’ll miss these two glam ladies as they stroll onto the stage with L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell. But, really, the mere mention of Britney’s name alone is enough to get Cowell to utter the words, “Oh *beeeeeep*!”
