Madonna Shooting “Turn Up The Radio” Video In Rome This Weekend
It almost feels like Madonna has basically given up trying to promote MDNA — she dropped the video for “Girl Gone Wild” nearly three months ago, and since her album release in late March, the most noteworthy thing she’s done is throw shade at Lady Gaga during her concert.
Hopefully Madge will make an honest attempt to boost up sales now that it’s been announced that she’ll begin shooting her video for her third MDNA single, “Turn Up The Radio”, while in Rome on Sunday June 10 — two days before she takes the stage in the city’s Olympic Stadium. According to Drowned Madonna, the clip will be directed by photographer Tom Munro, whom Madge has worked with on several photo shoots, as well as her “Give It 2 Me” video. Fingers crossed “Turn Up The Radio” turns out to be just as iconic as Madonna’s best videos, because we’re tired of being disappointed by the Pop Queen.
