Carly was spotted in New York Tuesday (July 3) on set of the video shoot for her team-up with Owl City, the anthemic synth-pop bubbler “Good Time”. Her outfit was perfectly suited to that song’s sunny sound, with the “Call Me Maybe” singer donning neon tie-dyed short shorts, a button-down tied at her waist and a big ol’ smile on her face.
