Kanye West, Kim Kardashian Welcome Baby Girl Just Ahead Of Father’s Day
It finally happened — though it happened several weeks early: Kim Kardashian gave birth to the baby she conceived with boyfriend Kanye West. The baby girl was delivered at West Hollywood, California’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center early Saturday morning (June 15) at around 1:30 am., according to multiple reports. The pair welcomed their daughter well ahead of Kardashian’s original due date (reportedly July 11). That makes two earlier-than-expected releases for West in as many days: his heavily anticipated Yeezus leaked Friday, and now… this.
That’s certainly one way to kick off Father’s Day weekend.
The new baby clearly arrived unexpectedly. A source Us Weekly that Kardashian was “five weeks early. Kim got sick last night and had the baby early.” West pulled out of his planned appearance at a Yeezus listening party Friday evening in order to be present for the birth.
Kimye fans first learned the couple would be having a baby girl earlier this month during the season premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. “I know that’s really what Kanye has always wanted,” Kim said on the show. “He wanted a little girl.”
West first announced that he and Kardashian were expecting during a concert in Atlantic City in late December 2012.
