We may have found the one thing in the world Justin Bieber isn’t good at: driving. Once again the pop star was pulled over, this time for speeding through Los Angeles at a reported 80 mph. A complaint was called in on Friday (July 6) by eyewitness L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine (clearly a non-Belieber) who called the Canadian crooner a “maniac”, claiming JB “was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane.” Manager Scooter Braun confirmed to TMZ the allegation that the Biebs was being chased by hordes of paparazzi at the time.

Reportledly the ordeal didn’t end after Justin got back on the road; he was followed by four paparazzi, causing the “Boyfriend” singer to have to make a 911 call this time.
