True, most One Direction fans are between the approximate ages of 9 and 15, but even if you don’t fit into that teen and tween demo, there’s a pretty good chance that you’re a fan of their song “What Makes You Beautiful”. And the funny people at comedy website Jest.com totally feel your pain and made a spoof video to show you that “it’s OK to like this song.” Phew.

Sung to the tune of 1D’s smash hit, the parody makes grown-up teenagers — you know, twentysomethings and older — feel normal about their passion for boy bands, Selena Gomez and Pixar movies.

And speaking of the boy band, more details are coming in about the fall release of their sophomore album, the follow-up to Up All Night. In addition to working with their BFF Ed Sheeran and rumors that Justin Bieber may factor into the mix, 1D are reportedly also teaming up with Florida rockers Boyce Avenue and the Scottish indie group the View.
