Hit-Boy has more than lived up to his name by producing songs like Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s “N*ggas In Paris”, Kelly Rowland‘s “Lay It On Me” and Justin Bieber and Drake‘s Believe collab “Right Here”. The knob-twiddler, signed to Yeezy’s G.O.O.D. Music imprint, is now stepping out in front of the mic as an MC, and he’s (wisely) using his connections to get some exposure. After last month’s debut “Jay-Z Interview”, Hit-Boy snags Kid Cudi for a verse on his next offering, “Old School Caddy”. Check out the mid-tempo single (which he also produced, of course) below.

“I’ma get mine ’til the world gon’ see / Crusin’ down the block trying to make money / Old school Caddy or a new school beat,” Hit-Boy raps on the hook. We’re still not convinced of Boy’s flow, but we’re willing to give it a bit more time.

There’s also a video coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
