Big Boi‘s song “She Said OK” isn’t exactly radio-friendly. (In case you missed it the first time, the chorus goes, “Let me see your titties / Let me see your titties / She said OK.”) However, at the accompanying music video shoot in Atlanta, everyone on board — including Theophilus London and Tre Luce — was taking an entirely different approach. “The song is very explicit so we’re gonna keep the video toned down,” London says. “We’re gonna be gentlemen. You already know how it goes down, what we do when the midnight clock strikes.”
According to director Alex Papalexopoulos, “toned down” means a gender role reversal. As it plays out in this sneak peek, the hired female extras evidently have a bigger role than the starring rappers themselves — even putting Big Boi’s mother at ease.
