Great musicians performing for a great cause. What’s not to love? Last night’s Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon featured some of our favorite artists doing their most emotional material. Coldplay gave us a taste of “Paradise,” while Alicia Keys debuted her Girl On Fire piano ballad “Not Even The King.” Perhaps the most moving tribute, though, came from Taylor Swift, whose song “Ronan” was co-written by the mother of a young boy who succumbed to the disease last year. Watch above and below.

I feel Taylor was the most inspiring.she so amazing and sweet.
I enjoyed watching this cancer benefit, especially because some of my favorite artists were performing. Taylor Swift’s performance was really moving considering the way in which it was written. This benefit gave me and my DISH coworkers plenty to talk about at work. Luckily my Hopper recorded it automatically with the Prime Time Anytime feature. I love not setting up timers for shows that come on prime time on major networks.
