Out of nowhere — and just a few weeks after dropping his free Dedication 4 mixtape — Lil Wayne has announced he’ll be releasing his tenth (!) LP, I Am Not A Human Being II, on November 13. The album is his follow-up to last year’s successful and critically acclaimed Tha Carter IV, and the sequel to I Am Not A Human Being (ya know, his 2010 album that WASN’T Rebirth). The Weezy record is said to include the already-released singles “My Homies Still” and “No Worries.”
