Pink’s ‘Shape’ Is Worthy Of A Cover: How The New Mom Dropped 55 Pounds
In case you haven’t noticed, Pink‘s bod is pretty unbelievable — it’s not just in shape, it’s on Shape. (See what we did there?) The proud pop-rockin’ mama revealed the truth about her 55-pound (!!!) weight loss to the fitness magazine. After spending nine months of her pregnancy eating “cheesecake” and “anything sour; Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie” the “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” singer looked to fitness gurus Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins to “kick [her] butt”. The 33-year-old explained, “their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape,” and she did just that with a regimen of cardio, interval training and yoga paired with a “mostly” vegan diet. (That last detail should come as no surprise to anyone who remembers Pink’s vivid imagery of animal mistreatment in her “Raise Your Glass” music video).
