OK, we’ll admit this entire story is based on a one-word Lady Gaga tweet. So, we’re not working with much here. But! Mother Monster’s single-word response to a fan’s question about a “Telephone” sequel on ARTPOP has so many implications. Check out the exchange below.

You would think a “Telephone” sequel indicates Beyonce is on ARTPOP. But as we know, sequels constantly get recast, so we’ll wait with baited breath on that confirmation. Or, maybe it has nothing to do with Bey, and Gaga is merely talking about a sequel to that song’s wild Tarantino-inspired video. The biggest mystery, of course, is which type of communications technology will be featured in the title. Skype? Facetime? Google Hangout? As you can see, Gaga’s concise answer only led to more questions.
I think this just means the 3rd installment in the Paparazzi-Telephone video storyline.
