Prince Performs “Rock N Roll Love Affair” On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’
Prince, Minneapolis’ funkiest son, hit up Jimmy Kimmel Live last night for a performance of new song “Rock N Roll Love Affair” (or “RNR Affair,” depending on where you see the song title written out online). So far there’s no word as to whether this particular “Affair” will end up on a Prince album, but one thing is sure — the 54-year-old still knows how to deliver a funky hook, and a funkier wardrobe. (Dig the gold fringe, those yellow pants and that leopard print guitar strap!)
Last month Prince rocked the Windy City with his Welcome 2 Chicago charity gig, which saw him taking the stage with Jennifer Hudson for a memorable performance of “Nothing Compares 2 U.” Nice to see the Purple One being so active, musically, in 2012.
