It hasn’t been a good week for hip-hop’s moguls: Just a day after Diddy was involved in a car crash in Los Angeles, Lil Wayne was hospitalized following an incident on a private jet where he showed “seizure-like symptoms.” (Yikes!) The flight landed in Texas so Weezy could receive medical attention, where he was in the hospital for several hours before checking out around 6 p.m. A source reports that Wayne is “doing better” now — and all, miraculously, without the help of “#pray4weezy” trending on Twitter.
