The lads of One Direction are featured in the December issue of British Vogue, appearing in a series of black-and-white photos along with UK model Edie Campbell. And trust us, she played it cooler than any Directioner would, telling the mag: “I tried to fancy them, really I did, but I just didn’t…They reminded me of my little sister’s friends.” And that, friends, is how you play hard to get.
Her chilly reaction is even more surprising considering the guys looked classier than ever, dressed in clean black suits for two photos. Campbell joined them in a white dress, and for another shot, the singers wore monogrammed varsity jackets, with Campbell doing her best Taylor Swift impression.
