There’s not much chance Katy Perry will be voting Romney. After debuting her ballot dress (with Obama’s bubble filled in) a couple weeks ago, the “Wide Awake” singer appeared on the President’s behalf for a free show in Milwaukee, where she performed a cover of Al Green‘s “Let’s Stay Together” along with her own hits. And once again she was rocking a Barack-inspired dress, this time a blue one emblazoned with the word “Forward” (his campaign slogan, as well as Wisconsin’s state motto).
Katy also paused midway through her set to urge her fans to pitch in to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. What good causes!

K.Perry is inspiring, but for me a good (or bad) performance by anyone in support of a candidate will not persuade me to vote for one candidate over another.
