Rihanna‘s music video for her latest single “Diamonds” will premiere Thursday (November 8) at 6:50 p.m. ET on MTV, with an introduction by RiRi herself. Ahead of the premiere, the network has released a behind-the-scenes preview, in which we spotted: Rihanna swimming, Rihanna in a desert and Rihanna in a charred urban landscape teeming with riot cops, reminiscent of the “No Church In The Wild” video. And also, a white stallion.
The video was directed by Anthony Mandler, who has helmed over a dozen of her videos including “Disturbia,” “Man Down” and “Only Girl (In The World).” The song appears on RiRi’s seventh album Unapologetic, out November 19.
