Lana Del Rey has her hair up, real big beauty queen style for the latest issue of Vanity Fair. Our candidate for Best Album Of 2012 sports a formal look for the London shoot: a black Azzedene dress, elbow-length gloves and a Faberge necklace. Though LDR is the current face of H&M, the Born To Die siren surprisingly reveals to the mag that “style was never [her] forte,” explaining, “It wasn’t something I set out to create. Personally, I keep things pretty simple. I love making music. The rest I don’t really think about.”
Lana also explains that though she took on a new persona she “had a life” and “didn’t need to create a person to live through.”
