Things get a little awkward in the promos for Saturday (November 9)’s episode of Saturday Night Live, which features Anne Hathaway as the host and Rihanna as the musical guest. Naturally, they both appear in the teasers for the episode: In the first, there’s a brief moment of tension when it comes out that Rihanna has appeared on the show more times than Hathaway; in the second, Hathaway wants to swap outfits with RiRi, but the “Diamonds” chanteuse isn’t so down.
Ultimately, both promo clips just seem to be saying the same thing: Rihanna is the best. You’ll find no argument here. Watch the clips up top.
This was a pretty good promo! My favorite skit from the show that she was in would be the Girlfriends Talk Show. I’ve got a few friends who talk like that so it was especially funny for me. I was working late at DISH the other night, so I was unable to see it when it aired. A while ago, I set up my Hopper from DISH to automatically record the show so I could watch it when I got a chance. Its nice being able to have the entire season on my DVR with more than enough recording space left. I hope Anne hosts again in the future and I am looking forward to Jeremy Renner hosting this weekend!
