To celebrate the November 19 release of her seventh studio album Unapologetic, Rihanna is embarking upon her 777 tour, a seven-day trek with intimate performances in seven cities across seven countries. What makes this more than a display of endurance for the star, though, is that a group of “die-hard” fans and over 150 journalists will be traveling alongside RiRi on a 777 jet. “We are turning this jumbo jet into our tour bus. We’re practically living on this thing for a week: sleeping, partying, all together,” Rihanna said. “I wanted it to be a rock n’ roll adventure, and I think when it’s over it will be the coolest thing I’ve ever done.” Read on to see what cities she’ll be hitting up.
The tour starts in Mexico City on Wednesday (November 14), followed the next day by Toronto, then Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London on release day and finishing up in New York City on November 20. Rihanna will announce the show venues directly to her fans when she arrives in each city.
