Adam Lambert gave fans a special treat on Tuesday night when he took the stage at a sold-out show in Cape Town, South Africa and performed an electrifying cover of Lenny Kravitz‘s “Are You Gonna Go My Way.” Clad in his usual attire of black leather and dripping attitude and swagger, Lambert’s powerful vocals hit the song’s big notes effortlessly and impeccably, and the crowd was loving it.
Lambert is set to host the upcoming VH1 Divas special, airing live December 16, and featuring performances from Ciara, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Jordin Sparks — just in case Lambert’s diva performances aren’t enough. Watch the performance up top.
