Kelly Clarkson‘s 2012 American Music Awards medley was introduced by American Idol judge Randy Jackson, and the first Idol champion showed that in just 10 short years she’s certainly built up enough stellar material to release a greatest hits compilation. Clarkson tore through “Miss Independent/Since U Been Gone/Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)/Catch My Breath,” starting off with a faux Idol audition set — even with the fake contestant number pinned to her dress! And then, fist-pumping ensued. Watch it up top.
