Ordinarily, a few seconds of music video footage wouldn’t be much to get excited over. But this is Britney Spears, who has teased us similarly before. No surprise here — will.i.am and Brit Brit’s “Scream And Shout” music video will make its debut on The X Factor, which makes more sense than a live performance, since Brit’s voice has been transformed even more than usual (she’s British now, apparently). Yet even for just a tiny glimpse at Britney’s first video since “Criminal,” it’s worth a look — ’cause hey, it’s Britney, bitch!
