Katy Perry is on the cover of Billboard this week for their Women In Music issue, and for the cover they went with a surprising angle — Perry’s Twitter photo, which we’ve all been looking at for the last several months! Nah, it’s just a promo shot (which she happens to use, cropped and in black-and-white, on Twitter), but it’s a good-looking one. Nonetheless, we were hoping for a new shoot, especially since Perry was just honored with Billboard’s coveted Woman Of The Year award.
