Late last year, singing whipped-cream-brassiere Katy Perry premiered a special seven-minute extended cut version of her video for “The One That Got Away” at several advance screenings of the film My Week With Marilyn; that extended cut has finally leaked online, and it’s more of everything. More Katy Perry being hot and glamorous! More Old & Sad Katy Perry being old and sad! More cinematic narrativizing! More whipped cream! (Not that last one, though.)
In all seriousness, this is one of Perry’s loveliest videos, and the longer version will no doubt satiate her fans’ appetites. Watch up top.
