Sporting a glamorously voluminous afro with mixed prints and backed by her frequent collaborator Dev Hynes, Knowles took the stage to perform her latest single “Losing You,” from her new EP True, and it was just such a masterpiece of effortless coolness. The song’s melancholy vibe, tempered by the tropical warmth of the production, is even more dynamic in a live set — and Knowles’ breathy, light vocals sounded perfect.
