(#2, with 141,000 sold out of the gate). And Rod Stewart. And One Direction. And Michael Buble‘s year-old Christmas album. So has Warrior, which had to settle for a #6 entry (85,000 sold), lived up to its lead single’s title and died young — as in during its first week of release?

Did anyone actually expect Kesha’s album to sell big numbers? I think the album will continue to sell through 2013. She has some strong possible singles to choose from. I think she also waited a little long between the release of “Die Young” and for the album to come out. But oh well…at least it did better than Christina’s latest.
