For his “King Wizard” video, Kid Cudi used the same grainy filter and strange gold video frame that he employed on “Just What I Am,” suggesting some sort of artistic continuity concept at play here. Both songs are from his forthcoming album Indicud, and both are produced by Cudi. But “King Wizard” is a headier affair, and the minimalist beat gets an equally minimalist visual: it’s just Cudi rapping on a dark street. Watch it up top.
