Lil Wayne was on Jim Rome On Showtime and spoke on a variety of topics with the host, but the Young Money rapper went out of his way to bring up his 2007 gun charge and subsequent prison stint. “If there was anything I could do in my life that I could ever change, it’d be that,” Weezy said, getting somewhat emotional. He then added, “Sandy Hook Elementary, my heart goes out to you.” It was a rare moment of solemnity from the man we’re used to seeing with a constant grin, or acting like a smart-ass during depositions.
