Bad news for 2012′s breakout star Frank Ocean, who closed the year on a bum note: TMZ reports that Ocean was pulled over on New Year’s Eve and cited for driving on a suspended license, tinted windows and marijuana possession. Oops.

Law enforcement said that Ocean was driving 90 mph in a 65 mph zone, and when he was pulled over, officers noticed the smell of marijuana coming from Ocean’s black tinted BMW — hence all those citations. Reportedly, he was released on the spot, but the cops confiscated his license, so don’t expect to see him behind the wheel anytime soon. For his part, Ocean has yet to make a statement about the incident.
