Robyn Talks New Album, Old House Music, A$AP Rocky: Watch
Robyn sat down with Pitchfork in Paris to talk about her next album and how A$AP Rocky‘s output has restored her faith in hip-hop. Speaking about her new album, the Swedish singer reiterated that she can only effectively write new music when she’s not touring, and said she’s been listening to a lot of Balearic house for inspiration (get in line, honey). Robyn also mentioned that she’d “lost faith in hip-hop a couple years ago,” but young MCs like A$AP Rocky have her excited about the genre again. Watch the full interview up top.
