According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Friday (January 18), Mark Salling, known for his role as “Puck” on Glee, has being accused of sexual battery and assault by a woman named Roxanna Gorzela. E! reports that in March of 2011, Gorzela was involved in a sexual act with Salling. When she requested that the Glee star use protection, he allegedly ignored her plea and continued with intercourse. He then proceeded to do it a second time.
Gorzela continued in her complaint that in the days following the incident, she contacted Salling several times, asking for the date of his last STD testing. He ignored the calls, and when she arrived at his house to demand the information, he shoved her and she hit her head. While Gorzela is suing for sexual battery, assault, and emotional distress, Salling’s rep claims “There is no truth to this.”
