Lil Wayne’s ‘I Am Not A Human Being II’ Cover Artwork Features No Human Beings, One Scary Moth

Lil Wayne previously promised that Kanye West had a “big hand” in shaping his long-delayed album I am Not A Human Being II (out March 26, hopefully for real this time). Today (January 30) Weezy unveiled the album’s creepy cover art and announced that it was designed by Kanye’s creative braintrust DONDA. Very cool! We just hope Yeezy also had a hand in the music.

Featuring a Death’s-head Hawkmoth (the bug made iconic in Silence of the Lambs), the minimalist cover prolongs Yeezy’s infatuation with murky reds over a solid black background — a style fans will recognize from his G.O.O.D. Friday releases. DONDA also designed the red-and-black, critter-centric animated artwork for the album’s lead single “Love Me” featuring Drake and Future. Hear the song and check out the GIF below.

Make sure you head to DirectLyrics so that you can rap along to “Love Me” when the album drops.
