We spend most of our time every day thinking about Miley Cyrus‘ new music. Is that so wrong? No. No, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, and please don’t suggest otherwise. But the groundbreaking sonic superstar/fearless marriage equality activist/paparazzi punker is making us work for it! She’s been in the studio for months with a far-flung list of collaborators like PharrellTyler the Creator and Hit-Boy, but now there’s a much more conventional choice on the list: Dr. Luke, the pop superproducer with whom the outspoken siren previously collaborated on her hit “Party In the U.S.A.” This means, scientifically, that Cyrus’ next LP is going to be The Greatest Album Ever Recorded.

More Miley news! After releasing her last several albums with Hollywood Records, Billboard reports that she’s signed with RCA for her next release, likely to entirely sever ties with Disney (her previous label’s parent company). It’s the Emancipation of Miley Cyrus, y’all. Get ready for it.
