This National Anthem’s on fiiiiire! Alicia Keys helped kick off Super Bowl XLVII (a.k.a. the Beyonce Bowl) by performing the “The Star-Spangled Banner.” Dressed in a gorgeous red gown and striking gold necklace (Alicia’s subtle way of rooting for the Niners, hmm?), the R&B diva sat behind her white Yamaha piano for an beautifully moving rendition of the National Anthem that would undoubtedly make Francis Scott Key proud.
Coming just off the heels of Beyonce’s Lip Syncgate, Alicia’s performance is sure to elicit comparisons from music lovers.
