Justin Bieber Doesn’t Deserve A Grammy Anyway, According To The Black Keys: Morning Mix

Did You Hear?

:: After taking home three Grammys Sunday night (February 10), Patrick Carney of The Black Keys said that the Academy was right to snub Justin Bieber. His argument? Bieber makes a lot of money and should enjoy that, because Grammys are for music, not money. Beliebers, time to start shading the Keysers (rhymes with “geezers”). [TMZ]

:: Not a good start to the week for Lil Wayne. On Sunday, he was kicked out of (or left voluntarily, depending on whose story you believe) the Miami Heat-LA Lakers game. Now, he’s being sued for allegedly having his bodyguards assault a fan that snapped a picture of him outside the Odd Future store in L.A. a few months ago. [RapFix & The Boombox]

:: Rihanna and Chris Brown were photographed lighting up what looked to be a joint at the Supperclub after the Grammys on Sunday night. Breezy, who is already in hot water for possibly violating his probation, was also photographed behind the wheel of a car later that night. We could write novels about everything that’s wrong with this situation. [TMZ]

::  Madonna is officially on Instagram. The Material Girl joined the photo-sharing network over the weekend, and her first post was a selfie she took while sipping a cocktail. She gets it already! [JustJared]

:: Rick Ross has been mostly silent on the drive-by shooting he escaped last month, and on the red carpet at the Grammys, it mostly remained that way. When asked about the incident by MTV’s Sway Calloway, the rapper wouldn’t elaborate on any developments in the case, only confirming that he has increased his personal security. [Rolling Stone]

Keysters? Wow, someone’s a giant Beiber fan. Have you even LISTENED to the Keys? The Keys have very true opinions about people, and if you don’t agree with them, you can go vent to your friends about it, As a Keys fan (who happens to be under the age of 20) I think the ‘geezers’ here are the biased Beiber fans who find it necessary to defend their idol with every comment hurled their way. Get a life, and quit being so dang defensive.

Tell me something why is it everybody keeps picking on this young man. Everything he’s accomplished has been on his own – it wasn’t handed to him on a silver platter – he worked his butt off for it. He taught himself to play many instruments & went out every chance he could playing for the public who praised him – won many talent contests on his own accord. He had a dream just like we all do & his came true. This is a well mannered young man who does so much for others especially for children charities. I wish there were more artists like him.

As for the comment the member of the Black Keys made was a low blow. Do you think he’s not in it for the money? They all are regardless!!! If the shoe was on the other foot & Justin had made a comment like that he would of been thrown to the dogs. The all have one common goal – to make great music, to be recognized for it & to reap the rewards that come with being a great artists. Can Mr. Black Key claim the title that was bestowed recently on Justin for being the youngest & only artist to have 5 albums debut at NUMBER 1 all at the ripe old age of 18 – I think not. For that alone he should have been nominated for a Grammy if not more.

Justin doesn’t have a thing to worry about for in my eyes he’ll always be number 1 in my book!!!!
