Rumors of Azealia Banks and Lady Gaga‘s upcoming collaboration have not been greatly exaggerated, apparently: The much-discussed pair haven’t revealed much in the way of details regarding what they’ve cooked up in the studio, but last night Banks showed off a little taste of what’s to come by rapping her verse from a track called “Red Flame” and even singing a little bit of the melody.
It’s typically sharp, swaggering stuff from Banks, who’s pretty electrifying even just a cappella on a webcam, and it’s likely the first real taste of Gaga’s upcoming ARTPOP we’ve had yet to hear, so we’ll take it. Watch after the jump.
