Trash-pop princess Ke$ha seems to be as badly behaved as ever in the previews for her upcoming MTV docu-series My Crazy Beautiful Life (or maybe she’s a Machiavellian supergenius who’s trolling us all at this point — who knows!), but she cleaned up rather nicely last night on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Performing an acoustic rendition of her latest single “C’Mon,” her voice sounded clear and lovely and the song’s party-harder lyrics even took on a nice melancholy bent.
It was the same kind of performance that her Deconstructed EP suggested we might expect from this next album era, and it works pretty well for K$. Watch up top.
I’m going with “Machiavellian supergenius.” She seems like a really decent person overall but she knows how to use the hostility of negative people to gain promo.
Ke$ha, I’m proud to be an Animal. I love this version as much as I love the other version, but your voice was so raw and lovely.
