Pusha T Would Love To Collaborate With Adele

Have you ever thought that Adele‘s soulful, smoky croon would sound great over a Kanye West beat (preferably in the style of pre-808s Ye)? Well you’re not the only one. Pusha T sat down with MTV Hive, and when asked about dream collaborations “if connections and money were no object,” the G.O.O.D. Music MC settled on three names: Jay-Z, Andre 3000 and Adele. Obviously, we at Idolator were most taken by the prospect of hearing Adele on a hip-hop track. (Yes, we know she can be heard on Tyga‘s “Reminded,” but it’s a pitch-shifted sample of “Someone Like You,” so that doesn’t count.)

“I feel like I could get Kanye to do the track of all tracks and I could get Adele to sing the soul of all soul on one of my most introspective records ever, that would be it,” Pusha said. If you’re looking for the soul of all soul, Adele’s certainly the woman for the job.

Yeezy, you’ve been spending a lot of time over in London. Why not take a break from ranting about corporations to put in a little face time with Ms. Adkins?
